Spring Stitches – Email Marketing Campaigns

We partnered with Spring Stitches, Africa’s leading Afrocentric fashion brand, to create high-performing email campaigns that increased engagement and boosted sales during their 5-Day Summer Flash Sale.

Our objective was to help the brand connect emotionally with its audience, build urgency, and convert loyal customers into repeat buyers. We developed two persuasive email sequences that blended storytelling with strong calls to action while maintaining the brand’s elegant tone and premium image.

The first campaign introduced the sale with clarity and excitement, achieving a 61.4% open rate and 6.4% click rate, far above industry benchmarks. The follow-up reminder deepened urgency and emotional connection, recording a 42.2% open rate and 2.6% click rate.

Through strategic content structure, audience segmentation, and persuasive writing, we helped Spring Stitches strengthen customer relationships and increase overall conversions.
